Pelican Waters reimagines aged care by blending operational excellence with beautiful, human-centred design. Embracing the small household model, vertically stacked communities are connected by a vibrant ground-level hub—where aged care meets the public realm. Traditional boundaries dissolve as a café, salon, and garden invite community interaction. Our interiors meet complex care needs while reflecting Rockpool’s commitment to dignity, purpose, and wellbeing. In collaboration with GJG Architects, a direct link from street to café was introduced, creating a thriving social heart. The result is an inclusive environment that balances functionality with warmth and everyday connection.
